Master mantak chia, my name is Breanna and I’ve been meditating everyday early morning and every night for 6 years now and I’ve been experiencing the most amazing spiritual vibrations and a loud frequencies I can not only hear inside my head but I can feel energy pass thru my body and it sounds like a very high pitch white noise frequencies and I can feel it, hear it, ( not thru my ears ) because I can hear and feel it even when my ears are completely covered and at night I hear this resonating tone sound moving across earth. Everyday I try to meditate closer to enlightenment but I was hoping to have some hands on training because if people knew what I am experiencing, there would be something further we can do like tests or something maybe, Im not sure but I experience this everyday. When certain spirits or energy’s come in the room, it’s like it’s energy is a strong suction that like sucks all the energy out of the room and even though it happens many times a day, it still impresses me everytime. That's amazing. I have recently been putting my tongue on my upper palet when in a flaming crown meditation. I don't have access to sacred chakra at the moment. I do remember this Hindu man that could physical sustain himself solely on the nectur that dripped down through his upper palet.
