@@frankiecheng8203 Hi there!! just follow this link to download the rest of the videos, and please ask if you have any questions or you need anything else to help you with your air consumption : mailchi.mp/c1f717910cc4/improve-air-consumption
Always love your videos. Nice simple tips that may help some get more from their cylinder. The two things that have helped my gas consumption are 1) Breath out slower. Still clear the CO2 from the lungs but don't just blow out. Relax and slow down the out breath. 2) Use of a twin-set. If you've got too much gas on your back, you don't need to worry about consumption, therefore gas consumption tends to improve. Even if you use twin 7's rather than a single 12, you've more gas and better redundancy. (UK diver for nearly 20 years. )
Hi! I have worked through the exercises on your course, which were super simple and very helpful. Also really enjoyed the little scuba meditation and put it all into practice on my dives yesterday. And I can really see the improvements! So this was both fun and very useful, thanks a lot! I will keep this up, thank you!!
Great exercise !!!!!!! I really aprecciate yours teachings dear instructor! i will see your next video for sure! i need to improve my skills underwater as soon as possible that i can hahaha ! thanks again
Thank you for your breathing instructions!! Now I understand, and I think this will help with controlling my buoyancy too😃. I'll learn to be ok with sticking out my belly😂
Hi Linda! I´m glad the course is helping you and not only with your air consumption, also with your buoyancy control, please let me know if you have any question, I will be happy to help, also remember is a 2nd and 3rd video for the course is you want to continue improving. Dive safe and talk to you soon.
The breathing into the belly and then lungs was weird I have no idea this was possible. I am newly OWC with only 6 dives and my air use is higher than I would like
Hi there! nothing to be worried and you will see that is a combination of relaxation, breathing control, kicking technique, body position etc... every little detail helps. But you are right too, big guy also means big lungs, so you just need to focus on improving base on your lung capacity. Let me know if you have any problems to get the other 2 videos of the course or if you need anything else.
Sign up for this free course and get 3 breathing exercises plus a downloadable, guided meditation for relaxation! Let us know how it goes!

Welcome to the scuba club!! Your air consumption will get better the more you get in the water. Be patient with yourself😊
How long can you hold your breath underwater to the max?
This course isn't about increasing breath holds. You'll want to follow freedivers for that 🤙
@@AzulUnlimited I understand....thanks
I have learn to relax. But my size works against me. I’m 6’4” 255 lbs and my girlfriend is my dive buddy. She 5’1” 130 lbs

Do you live near Jakarta?
We are base in Labuan Bajo, Flores island, is about 2 hours flight from Jakarta.
I would love to go to Mexico and dive with you
I'm leading a dive trip to cabo in December! Hit me up on ig if you'd be interested in joining!
I needed this video in the worst way. 😤
Let me know and we can send you the rest of the course, I'm sure will be helpful!
that is why I solo dive
Solo diving has its pros and cons for sure :)
looks like you are inhaling longer than exhale.,wich is not good idea, coz of co2 build up.
If you go through all of our videos in this series, you'll see that we cover this. Thanks for watching.
@@AzulUnlimited in all fairness, it's kind of odd that you want to have people sign up while giving a bad part up front.
Ah pfffftt RMV/SAC rate is for chumps just buy a rebreather and forget all that nonsense 🙈😉🙊😅😂
Hahaha I’ll look in my couch cushions for the money to cover the cost🤣👀
You are getting too commercialized!
oh yeah? how so?
