DAILY STRETCHING ROUTINE | Morning & Night to Improve Your Sleep & Release Muscle Tension From Work

  • Do this stretching routine every day in the morning and at night. This is a daily habit that will help relieve muscle tension from working all day, promoting better sleep. The goal is to do this in the mornings and nights before bed to make it a habit.
    It is only 7 minutes and you will be so happy that you made it a habit because the benefits are ahhhhmazing!!!
    Of course you will also improve on your flexibility with this one hehehe that is an added bonus to doing this daily!
    This is a beginner friendly stretch! Remember to do your best and not worry about doing the poses exactly like me, you must feel a bit uncomfortable in the pose, not in pain. Focus on listening to your body and how it feels!
