    Very lately I found this channel . But I am thankful to you , you saved any life by showing the OTG settings . This is the best part of the video as no one shows this while baking or cooking . Only showed temp. & and time but the mode of settings no one shows . Thanks thanks . Please share some more recipes on OTG or built in oven .

    I have simple otg.. it does not have a fan convection mode. Just the settings of upper rod lower rod and both.. how can i use that?

    hi which company atta have you used? can i use ashirvad? my bread did not rise in the second proofing instead there were cracks on surface of dough ? can you pl tell why .. my bread was quite dense and hard

      @@science_sir thanks for giving good explanations. I too have prestige oven but without convection fan. When I followed your recipe it didn't brown on top after 40 mins@170C. So I changed the power mode to only top rod for 7 mins and broiled but the crust became very thick. Any solution?

    I tried both the bread and the buns u made. They both turned out amazing except my bread was a bit thick rather than being fluffy on the inside. Could it be because i kneeded it after the first proofing?

    Does the baking pan size make difference in baking and same otg my bread outer layer became very dry and inside 20 percent of the bread was crumbling.... What shd be the issue

      You can go for any brand as per your choice and budget, the basic functions of all the OTG are almost same. If u like prestige, go for Prestige potg 20rc, it's a new model, it has CONVECTION fan inside.

      I can understand Susmita. U can bake bread without yeast but it won't be that much fluffy as u will get by using yeast.

    This was so amazing! Is it possible to make a mix of whole wheat flour and all purpose flour bread the same way please? I am especially intrigued about the oven settings. I have a 52” OTG and is 170 degrees with both the upper and lower rod on and fan on, the ideal specifications for baking bread please?
