I don’t think you’re putting enough emphasis on your timing tells. When you auto-check in certain spots, you kind of turn your hand face up aka capping range etc. please try to slow down on your auto checks. I think that’s why you get value-Towned so much-regs are more confident of reading your particular hand. You’re a good player with solid theoretical understanding, so you should be beating 100NL easily (not saying you’re not, these vids are probably just for the lolz) Watch Saulo Costa’s video on timing tells and how accurate you can put together villains ranges based on them. Keep up the videos because at least they are always pretty funny.
If you are often feeling lost with mid strength hands vs certain opponents on rivers, check more high strength hands on rivers so you can check call and learn which players are happy to bluff shove and which give up
If anyone is ever running bad and need to get off tilt, Watch Nicks badbeat videos and you'll realize atleast you're not running as bad as Nick. Great Video as always. 🎉
That AJ hand had my jaw wide open, the fact it came runner runner J when he has like 3% equity is bad enough, but when the idiot should be folding preflop and a high frequency and also folding flop basically 100% of the time as well is ridiculous..
Honestly gets more ridiculous the more I think about it. At the end of my biggest losing session and he xr with >2% on a board I'm never folding and that's the runnout haha
Jeez this one is painful. Get your money in good = LOSE, get your money in bad = LOSE. Definitely get the Spanish Armada through that gap in EV. Dunno what else to say other than your 'luck' makes my downswing feel like I'm sun running! Thanks for the content as always mate and good luck for the next one.
Bro if you're going to fall back on theory in the QJo hand you gotta be a little more considerate of bet size and range. You're meant to get there with a reasonable amount of value catchers. Sets and 2pair don't always raise flop. AQo, 76s, and 6c5c don't always 3bet pre. When you're facing huge bets in spots where you have some value catchers, your bluff catching standards need to be quite high. Slightly positive blockers shouldn't cut it. Like in this instance Qh is the best queen suit (blocking the most 2pairs). If you only bluff catch with most of your QhX hands here, you're still unlikely to be overfolding. Sorry maybe i'm over analyzing a ~0 ev spot, but you just seemed kind of cavalier about flicking it in vs 1.6x pot.
The luck these regs have is absolutely insane, sometimes they sit down and not even a minute after i see them with 300+bb..meanwhile i lose pre with AK vs the whale who calls with K4..somehow i'm still winning my stakes though
kind of insane- feels like its a some sort of a scam, its like they new your cards and just bate you in to betting vs nuts every sigle hand - looks pretty rigged
Holy moly the last hand was something. I actuly like the flop checkrais as bluff at some freqence but then to poralisation error the turn and get rewarded is nuts. You looked like u are about to throw up! And that for a good reason. When u said u are not playing anymore today i was happy for you. Smart choise. We all need to find inner peace again after bs like this. Last hand happend to me almost exact to me as well 2month ago on nl25 :D ggs bro keep up the entertaining content
I was thinking to myself oh yeah here we go another video saying how bad your running then see that last hand be like theres no way he has running jacks with an Ace but i saw the video title and bang, threw up, absolutely disgusting!! Ive had days like this and i sit and swear blind its rigged, like there is no way people can do this, but unfortunately its too common 😅
Intersted to see what you're supposed to do with A5s in SBvsUTG. For me, I'll just fold that 100% of the time. It can't be bad to fold in that spot surely.
There is something funky going on obv. This does not happen normally to anyone. It's not only you getting unlucky. Take the last hand for example. Who ever ever ever raises AJ on the flop to then continue and get "lucky" and hit another J on the river. You can take variance out of the equation. So either 1. Client is hacked and players have access to cards which is more likely imo. (Superusing). 2. There are a number of bots playing together using their whole cards for removal. There is also 22 raising from a position when it's a pure fold and flopping a set. There is something fishy going on and the evidence for it is undeniable. Not because you get unlucky but because the plays are completely unheard of in combination with being this unlucky. For example the guy who raised J7s and just happened to hit a flush with a pure fold pre. No this is not coincidental.
The 22 hand is fairly standard (it is a low frequency open from MP, not to mention lot of people don't use optimal ranges). The AJ hand is egregious and complete nonsense, but eventually, once in a blue moon you get to play against that button clicker who gets this lucky.
@danielegarja Yeah maybe the 22 is a low FQ open. I don't remember the ranges exactly. But if you look at everything combined it doesn't add up. I stand my by opinion that the game is not legit.
You cry too much (even tho I know you do that also because it’s fun to watch and because of the entertainment), but the AJ hand is ridiculous. I’m sorry for that one, mate.
Love this series.. From my perspective, what gives you the most trouble is you are not flexible with your decision making, you say i have to do this or this must that. But still seem lost, in 3b pots having a one size , half pot or check would make your life so much easier. And checking more often to cr with big hands and draws is miles better then big bet. Players are going to give a ton more info with bet sizing then they will vs big bet. Feels like you want to make your decisions easier with big bets and turn shoves. But remember you are also making it easier on your opponent, with smallef bets you keep in wider villiam range and can make plays that give your opponents tougher decisions with worse pot odds on river with smaller bets. My entite poker career i wanted to make life miserable for opponents with more tough decisions per hand, they should be making more mistakes then myself and if they arent then we need to understand said positions better. More solver work but with realistic node locking. Dont just play against reg solver because our opponents are not a solver and are not making any where near the same plays. Best of luck bro, you are so close to being a crusher, spend less time worrying about how your running and all your energy into knowing you know these spots better then opposition
there's no backdoor Ax that float flop, cause Ah is on the board. and, u have Qs that blocks AQss, which villain's main value range. villain's 2pr and set mostly fastplaying on the turn, cause it is double flush draw board. so, u fold on best bluffcatch spot with best blocker. WTF!
i think u are tilted. just keep calls off with strong-loocking hand(which is pure bluffcatcher) on most underbluffed spot, folding best bluffcatching hand on best bluffcatch spot.
