My sister is an elderly unrepentant painkiller addict. When she lived with my parents, we used to find used Fleet enema bottles under her bed. Not one or two at a time. Lots of them.
What can I do to help me get threw this the healthiest way possible tapering off of methadone and having problems in my gut, digestion, consolation. I’m on 21 I haven’t tapered in 5 weeks trying to level out. Cleaned my eating, eating chicken, Brussel sprouts, yoghurt, Banana, blueberries. Flex seeds, chia seeds, nuts, smoothie every day, carrot juice with turmeric and taking magnesium and turmeric supplements.
I started taking MiraLax the past week. What else could I do to help me get threw coming off of this terrible medicine?
Also I’m Having acupuncture and also seeing a physical therapist, chiropractor.
Is that diet helping ur constipation ?
