    材料:
    📌牛腩
    咖哩配料:
    📌洋蔥 - 1個
    📌蒜頭 - 4粒
    📌乾蔥頭 - 1粒
    📌薯仔 - 2個
    📌蕃茄 - 1個
    📌咖哩粉 - 2茶匙
    📌紅椒粉 - 1茶匙
    📌黃薑粉 - 2茶匙
    📌芫茜粉 - 1茶匙
    📌印度五香粉 - 半茶匙
    做法:
    1. 熱鑊落油,加入洋蔥爆香,加少許鹽,再加入乾蔥頭,不停攪拌,最後轉細火加入蒜頭,將配料炒至乾水。
    2. 再加入2茶匙黃薑粉,2茶匙咖哩粉,1茶匙紅椒粉,1茶匙芫茜粉,再加入蕃茄粒,半茶匙印度五香粉,期間不停攪拌。
    3. 最後加入牛腩,水,薯仔,將全部材料放入高速煲,燜40分鐘後上碟,完成!
    Curry Beef Brisket
    Ingredients:
    📌 Beef brisket
    Curry Seasoning:
    📌 Onion - 1
    📌 Garlic - 4 cloves
    📌 Dried shallot - 1
    📌 Potatoes - 2
    📌 Tomato - 1
    📌 Curry powder - 2 teaspoons
    📌 Paprika - 1 teaspoon
    📌 Turmeric powder - 2 teaspoons
    📌 Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
    📌 Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
    Instructions:
    1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion until fragrant. Add a pinch of salt, then add the dried shallot and stir continuously. Finally, reduce the heat and add the garlic, stirring until the ingredients are dry.
    2. Add 2 teaspoons of turmeric powder, 2 teaspoons of curry powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of coriander powder, the diced tomato, and 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala. Stir continuously.
    3. Finally, add the beef brisket, water, and potatoes. Transfer all the ingredients to a pressure cooker and cook for 40 minutes. Serve and enjoy your Curry Beef Brisket!
