Dearest Maria, perfect dishes that I have repeated myself and my families simply fight with each other for the last piece. One thing to share - I normally use the longer wooden chopsticks to cook becos my hands and arms were sometimes burnt by the spilling oil. Wish you health and prosperity ....😄
