Having been an instructor before, I know how hard it is to 1. have mastered a skill AND 2. teach it in a way such that the material is completely understood. AND 3. the material is given with a master's insight. When you find a teacher like that, it's like finding a treasure. Scott Adkins is such a person. My hats off to you sir.

I like throwing a spinning back kick after a hook. I feel like the momentum after swinging or feinting a hook puts you in the perfect position for it. Btw love the accent, you sound so classy describing a technique used to shatter your adversary's rib cage 😂

I love how you work the tells into the tutorial. Then provide instruction on how to grow the technique. That's like next level. You re a great inspiration. I am older and newer to ITF Taekwondo, been training now for 6 years. Your movies and training videos give the little bump to keep going and working hard. It's nice to see the techniques I'm learning be reinforced here. My instructor says stepping back kick is great for color belts. That black belts take it to the next level with the switch.
The power of that Kick it's amazing!! but a few can execute those kicks in that way, and Scott is one of them.
