Great explanation 👏👏👏...where can I more information about interpretation of isokinetics?

Hello, great work, really liked it! I have some experience with this type of strength measurements and I have always searched for a way to ensure that the data collected from the isokinetic dynamometer is as correct as possible. Do you have any recommendations or observations on the validity of isometric torque data? I sometimes get huge bilateral asymmetries (25-30%) when measuring isometric peak torque in the knee (with 3 reps), so I assume it's some kind of false result. Have you observed such differences?

Kia ora Maria, yes I've seen some differences like that especially post injury. I think the greatest threat to validity is athlete inexperience. The more familiarisation they have with the testing the less aberrant results you tend to see. Is that your experience too?
This is what we discuss in class ua-cam.com/video/zelEm_CZ2ow/v-deo.html
