Can I Complete a Deathless Dread Rush WITHOUT MISSILES?

In today's Summit Challenge, I embark on a quest to complete Metroid Dread's Dread Rush without a single death and without firing a single missile. This will require a much higher level of play than I've ever managed in this game before. Can I pull it off? Tune in and find out!

It's a little late for this tip, but I found out that when the elite chozo soldier does it's black sludge attack you can flash shift right before he fires it. It's way easier to dodge and will give you a few second to attack while he's locked into the attack!
