I hate how she uses her cancellation as something to “overcome.” Like she acts like she’s a victim of something. In reality people were just holding her accountable for partying in a pandemic. My frustration with Nikita is that she really could’ve been such amazing representation for trans youth. Because when she talks about her struggles being trans, I think a lot of trans people can empathize with that. But then she overshadows her positive messages with things like black fishing, biphobia, disregarding social distancing measures, and her affiliation with the Lopez brothers.
Being a trans woman myself, I don't even see her as a representative of the trans community. She's so far up her own ass to come down off her high horse to even be a face of the trans community. She cares about clout and followers, that's it, that is her life. Maybe if she took a step back into reality she would find a decent man. LA has taken her soul.

I’m not sure why this is a thing (I guess so your trash can doesn’t get as stinky from the food?? Idk.), but it’s common enough that it’s kind of a horror movie cliche for a person to drop a ring down in there, stick their hand in to get the ring, and then have their hand chopped up because the ghost or whatever turns on the disposal. 👻 😬 And that’s why I’m lowkey afraid of my garbage disposal.

you aren't supposed to use the garbage disposal like an actual trash can. it's just for when you rinse off plates that still have bits of food on them that you don't want to manually scrape into the trashcan. nobody is throwing all of their food down there, that would be so bad for the appliance

Lots of kitchen sink drains in the US have garbage disposals that can grind stuff up (though plenty of places, esp apartments, don’t have them). But you usually only put small bits that you couldn’t scrape into the trash in there, not whole ass strawberries 😂
