BT30 integrated tool holders

An illustration of the effect of too long a gauge line. Using any type of chuck, the gauge line or programming length on BT30 machines creates vibration in milling. The integrated BT30 with Coromant EH coupling and CoroMill® 316 managed 4.5 times higher depth of cut, improving metal cutting efficiency and reducing tool costs.

Damages it, ran zimmerman f37s and f33s and they would stop as soon as they felt small vibrations unlike Haas or moris

sry, but that couldn`t be good. Those noises are horrible, turn down the spindle speed and the forward speed ! And you`ll get nearly the same thing.
