I legitimately cut a Gatorade bottle in half took the bottom of and the top and just used the middle sized it to my shoe and went from there

I tried the plastic binder cutout and they kept sliding up my foot, any suggestions?
Maybe try making the plastic cutout larger and make sure it is slid all the way up the shoe, touching the top.

It should have come with the shoe if you bought it brand new. If you bought it off of a third party seller, it probably won't have come with it.

It's the best you can do. I've used this now for almost a year and the creasing has been minimal. Give it a try! 🙂
