Tips to help fight creasing: • Get your real true size, when you’re wearing them there will be less space around the toe helping the shoe bend more natural with your foot. • Shoe trees are essential, they help shape your shoes for the long run, especially if you wear them often. Invest in some if it matters to you. My last tip would be to not care. Unless you are trying to preserve the shoes value, creasing is awesome. It shows character, it shows your shoe gets love. If you’re trying to preserve your sneakers value, don’t wear them. Keeping a shoe dead stock is the best option in that scenario. Welcome to the sneaker world!
I normally get a 8.5 so it could last longer but my true size is 8 and I got some Jordan 3s and your tip actually helped my Jordan’s get far less creases than my 4s

I use the toe shields sold at footlocker, like the ones in the video, and they prevent creases very well. Highly recommend them especially for the price. If you have multiple shoes just get two and rotate them between the sneakers when you want to wear them. They make the shoes fit slightly smaller but with the added bonus of the toe box feeling softer and more padded it really doesn’t affect comfort.

i use socks to push my creases back out & it works pretty well, lol. i got some used sb dunks recently & they had a lil crease in them & now you cant even really tell that they were creased. i just stuff the toe with socks after i take them off every time.
Uncle Ben Dover like stuff socks into the toe box. Depending on the shoe it takes 1-2 socks per shoe. Just ball them up & stuff them inside all the way to the toe box when you’re not wearing them & it helps keep creases out. I honestly like using socks better than a shoe tree. My dunks were more creased when I got them than they are now & I wear them every other day. I thought I needed to keep buying shoe trees but naa, socks work fine for my shoes. 👌🏻

Dude, the paper towel is the new version of the newspaper filled shoes. I like the paper towel one more, but the newspaper one is eaven cheaper. The main advantage of paper/newpaper is that is sucks up the sweat and moisture of the inside and the smells aswell. I would recomend a soft greesy cream, eaven normal facial cream or suncream, to rubb on to the outside of the sneakers to constantly feed the leather from getting dry and curl up with time. This will keep them nice an shiny in time, away from cracking curling or deforming as much. Thanks for the video ;)
With creases I love it on leather, absolutely one of the reasons I love the 1-4s. But with shorter suede and nubuck creases just look bad, but I don’t really care about creasing anymore.

Plastic bags are really good they take the shape of your foot and keeps the shoes from the creasing if you double or triple them up like the regular bags that u get at a Bodega or the Chinese food places (obviously don't use those if you can smell the food lmao) they work great they mold up to your feet and the top of the shoe shape

If you moisten the leather just a little and stuff socks or an old towel in the tow box that will kill the wrinkles. I also use wrinkle gaurds.

Some shoes I don’t mind creasing that much but when they are shoes that overall got a clean look to them for example Jordan 4s or 11s then im a big stickler. Or if they just cost a whole paycheck
when 1s have extra creases from wear over time it looks mad nice

Sometimes I use sofsole insoles, they make for a lil bit tighter of a fit but it hella helps with creasing!! & definitely doesn't turn ur toes blue lol

Big help. Did not know there's a way to avoid. I just bought my 14 year old grandson shoes and he said he's not wearing them until he get crease protection and sole ?? protection. Is there a point or just as you show, stuff with paper towels .

I use Force Field shoe crease preventer on my jordan 1’s and been rocking mine for about 3 months now and I can’t see no crease on them yet

Love the comment section, I got some good laughs. I just bought my first Cortez shoes and I saw this guy with a bunch of creases and they were dirty and beat up. I was like nah that’s not happening to my shoes. I then looked at mine and was like NO! these got some creases and started to freak out😂😂. I wore these not even 10 times they are fresh, just got them last month and I was like no but yay I found out some good stuff here.
Got my first pair of Air forces, I got crease protectors but they make the shoe uncomfortable. I’m just gonna wear them and enjoy them now I don’t care 😂
