    Hi Sir, while doing the asana , do we need to inhale while Raising the legs & hold breath in that position and exhale while we come back to normal position. Please clarify.

    Years ago I underwent surgery for an inguinal hernia and the surgeon applied a mesh to contain it. Can I do salabhasana without trying too hard? Or ardha salabhasana? Thanks! Alessandro

    Nenu employee.. daily vere place ke morning 1 and half hour evening again 1 and half hour Bus journey cheyali..naku sciatica problem undi...bus lo journey chesetappudu...elanti jagratalu teesukovsli cheppandi...

      Thank you so much for your reply and suggestion sir, I have started doing salabhasana, bhujangasana and sarpasana , 90% pain has gone, I will continue this asanas, definitely within few days I will be 100% perfect. Regarding marjalasana and Sethu bandasana, I don't know these asanas, but I will find out in you tube and do it,. Thank you so much sir 🙏🙏🙏

      Sir, 3 years ago I had vitamin D deficiency, doctor prescribed me to have Mashyne 60k IU caps..D3. Doctor told me to have one tablet per week for life long. From 3 years once in a week I am having this tablet. At present I have sufficient D vitamin, shall I continue taking vitamin D tablet or discontinue it. For calcium daily I eat Seseme seeds.

      Sir, daily I have to do 3 hours Bus journey and for 5 hours I have to sit in office, along with doing above mentioned asanas, can I use BELT to overcome this problem permanently. Please reply 🙏🙏🙏🙏
