I’m sooo glad David asked her what she does all day. Sometimes we need to see it from another perspective. Honestly, she has the time to do the demonstrations herself. Save money and it’s a better marketing tactic seeing the owner actually demonstrating their products.
She has two young children. The time may not be there.
If you have ever read Rich Dad, Poor Dad, you may better understand what she is trying to achieve with her business. I respect it! He also has a point about paying someone. She isn't paying enough, and it costs to be the boss. She isn't going to find a social media manager/ brand ambassador for $18 an hour.
She doesn't need to worry about arguing with the comments, cuz she did great! Love the way she speaks. Definitely gained a new follower.
“YOU WERE TRYING TO FIND A BRAND AMBASSADOR TO STAND IN THE STORES FOR 3 HOURS!” made me cackle.
I think she is enjoying being a mom. Mom first. Her business is part time.
She could be her own brand ambassador for awhile. Do it every other weekend or once a month.
I understand where she's at. She doesn't need to focus on online & getting a new store. She has 1 PT worker making all the products. She's depending on those 2 employees right now. She needs to get her system, grow brand with who she has & use the new money to hire employees then scale!

I'm 5 minutes in the I love how she answered the question about her kids eating a ham sandwich. Most fanatical groups like vegans or it's counter opposite carnivore diet try to indoctrinate even their kids instead of just giving them the financial tools to make your own choice. So far the way she's answering her questions I can tell she can go far in her business. But I'm only 5 minutes and let's see how this goes
I really love how she has her business running with out her exchanging so much of her time! You don't have to spend hours into every business. There more than one way to skin a ... well yall know the rest!
I'm not mad at her for "buying her time" back thru outsourcing or desiring to outsource various aspects of the business. But also, I see his point.

The accuracy here!💯 It seems some people won't grasp the importance of health until they face illness themselves. It's disheartening to hear claims that health isn't equivalent to wealth, especially since every guest into health and wellness on this podcast affirms that health truly is wealth. It's unfortunate and quite distasteful to hear attempts to argue otherwise.

The best idea, is to sell online by raising the money. Then using that capital to pay the brand ambassador in store, which in the long run, the brand ambassador would make the money back once the jars are sold.

I was waiting for someone to make this comment. She doesn't have a business, she has a passion that makes enough money to sustain her lifestyle. Her best bet is to position her product to have her company bought out by Whole Foods or someone like that. She's not going to scale her business; she's clearly not interested in becoming a mogul.
