There are only about 2,000 full-time people on FMB now. Not sure where you got your number from but we are no where near those numbers now.
These are the latest census numbers. The actual current numbers are likely less since many of the homes are not rebuilt yet but as they are that population is coming back.
I still prefer Hallandale Beach Florida more it’s a beautiful city with a growing communities and businesses and a good nightlife.❤
