It is amazing how you save my life every day. I just selected this video to do because I'm not feeling well today and wanted a gentle stretch! There's definitely scope to do a session specially for people who aren't feeling too good (stomach issues, flu, etc) and want some healing yoga.
That is exactly why I chose it, too. I am more achy than congested - but same idea 😉

Lovely 30 minute stretching class.
It would have been better if there were some more glute & leg stretches.
I left wanting more. Feeling like I did not get a proper full body stretch.
When I think full body I think neck, shoulders, arms, forearms, hands, chest, abs, back, hips, glutes, thighs all around, calves, & feet, etc.
I still appreciate this video for sure. ✨🙏✨

Question, for the deep shoulder stretch on the floor (t shape), how does one position the head to protect the neck?
Thank you!!! I like to turn my head a little to look up during that stretch. Although, you could also rest your head on a block. :-)
