    Dearest Annika, This made me so happy. Between the loss of Dave in November to the continuous lockdown in Wales I am grateful for anything positive. You never cease to let me down. I am so happy about this. Best wishes, Mirka Garland and Harvey Cat xx

      Dear Mirka! I'm sorry for your loss! I didn't know Dave but I certainly knew who he was and what he meant to those around him. One of the dearest things I'll take with me from my years in racing is the strong bond to the people making us athletes able to race. I hope you're doing well in Wales and that things soon turn around. Wales is certainly on my list of places to visit with a bike

      @@AnnikaLangvad1 You are welcome here anytime. I know we don't "know" each other so hopefully, this isn't weird, but the cycling community has always been so welcoming (for the most part). I always look forward to new content from you. All the best

    Thanks for sharing your personal experience--you're so awesome! Always remember--no job is worth sacrificing your health and fitness. Not eating well or not taking breaks at work accumulates over long periods of time and will contribute to unhealthiness and sickness.

    Comes across as truly genuine, very impressed by your journey. Waiting for the next episode; one of the best bike Vlogs out here.

    Sounds like you are really enjoying riding your bike for fun instead of riding it for work. Riding has always been a pleasant escape from work and life for me, I hope you too will discover this. Great to hear the new job is going well !!

    Awesome, this is better than a race video! Normal working bike riders with families and jobs can really relate to this one. Please do not skip lunch Annika, this is a bad habit. You need to value your health and well being more!

    I’d be interested to see a video of the bikes you have. Do you have them in as aggressive a position as when you raced or have you changed them?

    • @AnnikaLangvad1
      @AnnikaLangvad1  3 роки тому +1

      That would be a good topic for a video. I'm riding them more or less the same. However, I have opened my brain systems a little more to keep them more engaged now that I don't need that "efficient" race speed

    For eating during a workday just schedule some time.Its important for your health in the long run. 5min breake for eating gives you more energy during the day and at the end will be more productive.
