This live version is fantastic, though. Can't deny that he's talented. This song channels Marvin Gaye, Roberta Flack, Minnie Ripperton...I love it!
He reminds me of a young Daryl Hall. I saw him in Daryl's house and wow Mayer did a song from Abandoned lunchenette and he sounded just like Daryl maybe even better. His style is so refreshing. Yes he is hot!
