Attaching the platform to the concrete makes sense in a commercial gym, but I wouldn’t feel it necessary to do that in a basement. In a garage with an uneven floor, I’d probably attach it.
Hey I'm thinking of doing this in my backyard shed (it has plenty of room), but it has semi thin wooden beam flooring. What would you recommend?
