    I recognize the seed pods, there is a variety that gives red-colored pods and another that gives green-colored pods, in my country they're called Guajes, pronounced Wa-hes, good for roasting the seeds while green to make a yummy green salsa or combining with egg or meat to make a delicious, savory meal. First time I've seen the tree, these trees grow in the more humid, tropical parts of my country, Mexico, and I'm up here at 1,860 meters above sea level, in a subtropical climate. Roasted the seed while still green they also make a popular and tasty snack, just like sunflower or squash seeds. Thank you for sharing and Nari jaraskiii from Querétaro, Mexico! :)
