Hey Guys, I love my Barden pickups. I first heard about them when I was in Munich Germany back in the 90's. Everyone at the guitar store was going nuts over the sound. When I got back to the states I grabbed a set for my Fender Strat. Most of my pals tell me that it's still the best sounding guitar from my collection. I recently loaded a set of Gattons into a tele. Once again....MARVELOUS! Keep up the great work. rock on. Jake from DETROIT.
FYI, I started using Bardens (in my Tele) beginning in the late 1990s. These pickups are especially good, sensitive, quiet etc. They are the best for most styles, extremely versatile (like Danny).
Omg! I recently called JBE on a Saturday evening. Who picked up the phone that evening? Dale Brown! I ordered a loaded strat pickguard for a Squire beater I have that happens to play very well, and Mr. Brown took my order, and about a week later I had exactly what I ordered, and was able to instal it without even heating a soldering iron! Not the cheapest, but the quality, sound, and whole ordering/transaction experience was excellent. I will be doing business with JBE again very soon, These guys aren't messing around!
Awesome pickups. Super articulate and sweet sounding. Got a pair of R300s on my Ric 620 and it sounds amazing both clean and in overdrive. And thank you Mr Dale Brown for all the advise on the installation. Looking forward to buying soon another R300 set for my Ric 360 and a Strat set for one of my Strats. Spread the word people!
My jbe Tele pickups are my favorite out of all my guitars. I use it to play country, jazz, and indie rock. They're highly articulate with gain. Just be sure to dial in the height right, as they're very sensitive to height adjustments.
