I've just spent an hour and a half listening to covers of Both Sides Now, and I'm giving this one the laurels. I love how casual she is at the piano and singing here, and how humble. And the song is about starting young and growing old, and so so so soooooo many others cover the song where they're "already old" at the very start. Vienna is so disarming, it strikes me playful, which really helps the childish visions of ice cream castles. A song like this demands corners, it demands change. Thanks, Vienna, wherever you are.
