I wish I could have the chance to workout with Mike Rashid, but I'm all the way in NC. I've been watching your videos since the documentary with "Big Mike", which is now Medium Mike, lol. I started going to a High Intinsty Bootcamp in January 3 times a week. My weight then was 350lbs, now I'm weighting at 315lbs. One thing about my workouts and trying to eat more clean is that my main sport is I bowl a lot. I practice 3 times a week and not just league, but plenty of tournaments. As I have learned with being a competitive bowler is that bowlers need more "Muscle endurance" workouts than muscle building workouts. So my Ultimate goal is to weight 230lbs by the end of the year and I'm a little less that 100lbs away from my goal. Thank you for the encouraging videos Mike!

I ended up getting stabbed a couple weeks ago, got hit up real bad in my head, my knee and my index finger. It's unfortunate but I wish no ill will on him but I'm a rlly humble guy who is truly humble with having my life. Since this incident I've been wanting to get my mind and body stronger. Been watching these videos and I feel inspired to start eating healthier, to start putting on weight. I'm 5'8 at 158 pounds and my desired weight I want to get to is 190 pounds. Pure muscle! My question is Mike, what is it gonna take for me to get there? I am fully healed physically but I am not near emotionally and the only way for me to feel healed is to put the hard work and dedication in. When something like this happens to you, it takes alot out of you.
190 at your height is very possibly overweight if you don't keep up with the gym consistently. I think you are at a good weight at 158. Stay lean and strong
