5:24 you didn't save 2 civs, you lost 3 civs because when you give dobrudja civs dont dissapear you just transfer them to u r teammate and get additional civs , so overall industry of whole axis becomes bigger by 3civs
You lose the population and you cant build there anymore. Technically you are still 'losing' out but yeah the axis as a whole gets more industry.
the civs are more useful to the axis in Tommy's hand, than in a dum Bulgaria who joined the war against yugo+Greece with no divs.

@@madhat2569not really about being allowed or not but you put all your research in one tree and by dividing your industry you lose efficiency and research time that can be used if you specificly go one route. We divide roles in mp just for that and they do have soft attack guy. Tommy wanted to be hard attack guy and put all his resources ( be it research or production efficiency) to it.

As a Romanian it was brutal, but also it’s a Romance language so he’s not too off

isnt giving dobrudja to bulgaria axually better? sure the 5 civs do go to bulgaria and you only get 3 back, but the civs in bulgaria stay in the axis so the faction ends up with more civs

I think his mils didn't just disappear, but Yugoslavia just outright dismantled them
He assigned mils which He didnt Had on Something at the top of His production Tab
Therefore when He lost mils the Game unassigned mils from the bottom of His production Tab and when He got the Mils Back the Game assigned the mils to the stuff at the top of the production Queue
