I don’t know about that. Just seen him at a trapping convention. He took a jab at one of the all time ADC greats. Then contradicted himself with lures, baits and Kentucky fried chicken. It was good to see so many trappers get up and walk away from his demo.
I find it ironic so many hate trapping yet are against firearms. Trapping is the most practical of survival skills and to see it put to use in a management sense is a good thing. 2:20 this is why humans have the evolutionary advantage. This man's reasoning speaks volumes
Fantastic video. Very informative. I never knew the fur market was so picky about some guard hairs missing and few tiny patches. I hope the next season fetches you a better price for your catch.
Thanks for sharing the info. I try to watch all that I can just for a re-fresher course to try to make sure that I'm doing everything as right as I can. These coyotes are still a huge challenge.
So wax paper won't work? I have trapped since the early 80s and never used pan covers of any kind. I did have trouble one year with sand getting under my pan , it cost me some coyotes too! Anyway was thinking about trying wax paper, but maybe I will get those coffee filters then. What you think???? Also I hate using anti freeze, it seems no mater what kind I used, it would make a wet spot right over the trap and seemed like fox and coyote were avoiding it! What's your thoughts about that? Thank you in advance for your reply!
Man I wish you guys would do some habitat management for waterfowl stuff, I've seen u got a couple videos but I'm sure there's alot of people that would be interested
I’m not gonna argue about it any on here either man… Not worth it… Both Robert and Phil are at the top of their game and have nothing to prove. True professionals
Awesome. You guys are the best. Hoping to see you at Schmitt enterprises in searles mn. Great Info on which coyotes to keep I always struggle with that. Don’t wanna throw em but there’s a point where you just gotta if it ain’t worth the time. Awesome trapping stuff you guys put out I follow everything you do and it all works.
I know nothing about this, however ik something about economics and the future of it. Would it not be worth vertically integrating processing with the retail market? Today it seems survival of any commodity based business will be vertical integration and eliminating the middle man market. Basically I heard it isn't worth freezing and that makes complete sense but if you were to make it into an end product freezing isn't needed. I'd like to hear how I'm wrong. Not saying I am not wrong just curious as to why vertically integrating the process wouldn't give leverage to the trapper is all. For right or wrong the secondary market is the issue and to avoid that isn't hard really. You can compete by forgoing the middle man as the end consumer isn't as picky or knowledgeable as the middle man. I find this video fascinating on several levels. My hypothesis is that secondary markets are a thing of the past
He mentioned on one of the other videos that some of his larger clients didn't allow firearms on the farm due to the possibility of cows accidentally being shot. Sounds silly to us as viewers but it's strictly a liability risk for the ranch owners.
Dear Casey, Chuck and Robert, I have learned so much from your videos. Thank you so much for sharing. -Paul
Robert’s a true professional.
Yes he is!

Robert Waddell- deadlier on coyotes than mange and parvo put together… 👍👍 Great video
Thanks 👍
Right. Get off the dope. Ask Robert why he was scared to go head to head with Phil Brown.
@@mikeslear6291 You are the one that needs to put the pipe down. I guarantee it wasn’t because he was scared..

Is the screen also referred to as Hardware cloth ? Thank you
Yes it can be.
Awesome video.
Thanks!
Incredible information
Great info, thanks for sharing it with us 👍👍
No problem 👍
Thank you , the reason I asked was all I can find is fiberglass screen , not steel screen.

I have a lot to learn!
He's a great one to learn from.
Wow, coyotes scare me. I always fear taking my small dog out at night, because of them. They are pretty though, is their fur soft?
I saw he had a death ray in one of those clips, what’s the reason some are shot and some aren’t?
He mentioned on one of the other videos that some of his larger clients didn't allow firearms on the farm due to the possibility of cows accidentally being shot. Sounds silly to us as viewers but it's strictly a liability risk for the ranch owners.
@@dublelung1 oh ya you’re right, I forgot he mentioned that, thanks. Not having any blood sure makes life a lot easier and saves me a lot of time.
@@dublelung1 so if you can’t dispatch them with a 22 behind the ear, how is the preferred way?
👍
👍👍👍
they all have value to me id buy the coyote skeletons for 15 bucks
Whew, everybody wants to be a VJ nowadays...No offense, but I bailed. Simply don't want to listen to music during these type vids.
