That high static friction is what's bothering me so much with my cheap mousepad when trying to do micro adjustments. What mousepad would you recommend for removing that issue? Through my research I keep hearing that the control pads like the artisan zero, Saturn or zowie GSRSE/GSR2 are really good but the description of them being slower makes me fear they'll give me the same issues. I was also considering getting a Hien.

artisan. it costs a little bit more then other companies. but the quality is on another lvl. artisan hayate outsu. very fast but a really good stopping power. even the hien or raiden is really good. its not like you cant controll it. i have try lgg saturn gsr2 etc... but artisan is on another lvl. after break in, it stays almost the same speed. imo you cant go wrong with artisan.
