I feel sorry for Alex since he has loaded a huge weigh upon his shoulders as you mentoned but also, if he does the same results than Sargent in his car, then Sargent may not be that bad...

The right choice. Sargent should had been let go after his 1st season. It's crazy they signed him again.
Sargeant sure had a very bad first season, but he comes with a lot of $$$$ in the pockets, and sadly Williams/Dorilton need that right now...
It's just part of a lesser team's life in motorsports these days... :(

Trash team for years with a Williams owning it and a trash team now. 🤣🤣🤣Andretti jumps through every hoop they put in front of him. "Not good enough". But they let these clowns race, because "Legacy Name". I only mention Andretti because he made it that far. Could be anyone. Williams brings nothing to the table. Hasn't for years. But that's different. F1 and them are a clown show. "Boy we were real late in getting a car to Bahrain testing!!!". Ok, and what have you done chassis wise since then? I hope Albon sticks it in wall, and they have trouble fielding 2 cars for Japan. I'm sure the sponsors are thrilled.
Maybe if Sergeant wasn't the one that normally crashes in races and maybe be closer or even beat his teammate in Qualifying would help him

@@ViewedonTheTube653and8 yea sadly last place latifi only had money, not a f1 driver. If he was at alpha tauri/VCARB he would have been ditched like de vries. I thought Nyck DeVries would of lasted longer then he did. He was a decent driver, better then latifi.
@@CallMeJarv Yes Nyck DeVries problem he should have entered F1 as F2 champion and not after he had been in Formula E that was the reason he was not as good as he used to be he must of had something which is why originally he was a McLaren Young driver from the McLaren Academy for them
Logan is in F1 just because of the Flag he has near his name. Another 0 season and he'll be replaced by Kimi Antoneli easily.
The fact that they retained his services this season and he did nothing wrong, it's a poor decision on a ethical basis. Can't see Alex scoring points this weekend.
Williams should never have renewed Sargeant this year.
