We had mold on our ceiling and our bathroom smelled like a sewer. There was no ventilation in the bathroom. The beach area was never cleaned as dishes and cups were all over the place which attracted flies and bees. Didn't matter who you told, no one cared enough to clean up. Most of the food was not good except maybe for the Japanese restaurant. The Italian restaurant had the worst food. My wife said the gnocchi tasted like play doh. Trust me these people don't know what al dente means. My sister's pasta carbonara was overcooked ten times over. The burgers were ok and the breakfast was decent. But other than that, we spent most of the time trying to figure out what food would not make us sick. Several in our group had stomach issues but nothing that lasted too long because we ate nothing that was sitting around for hours in their buffet. There were birds in some of the restaurants and they also had an issue with flies. They would put tiny fans near the fruit to somehow swat the flies...I expected so much more but was very underwhelmed by the food and poor service and the really unhealthy hotel room.
To begin with, almost every chair in their restaurants has stains. I wish they'd purchased chair casing and wash them from time to time. Watch out the water attractions, you can easily get scratches on your elbows. In some rooms, the water from the shower can leak just below the bathroom door - as a workaround, they suggest placing towels on the floor in front of the bathroom.
They should shut down this disgusting hotel. The worst hotel ever don't waste your money terrible service disgusting food rude staff, dirty rooms, and bugs in the room. The buffet is terrible and the Italian restaurant is terrible and the Brazilian is terrible as well. only the Mediterranean restaurant is good and the steak house restaurant Don't recommend it, don't waste your money for a disgusting hotel. Don't believe fake reviews To be honest Only the show at night is good and the coffee shop and the food truck hotdogs and burger is good too nothing else. Most of the guests are complaining from the rude staff and terrible food and service and they never come back again. Don't GO There! Be aware they try to make u member to their club its scam don't do it .
Just come back from the resort couple days ago. Stayed there for two weeks. Have been on many different all inclusive resorts before all over Caribbean and Egypt. Sirenis is not too bad. It is definitely not 4.5 stars hotel like they proclaimed. According to many international standards I would say it is 2.5 may be 3 star. Food was ok, nobody from our group (3 adults and 2 kids) get thick. There is no rude stuff there, just do not ask for stupid things. Some of the stuff is slow and lazy, but there are also great crew members! Alcoholic cocktails are nice and strong! Night show for most of the part was great! Rooms are decent for 2.5 stars not 4.5. Surrounding area and beach could be cleaner! But over all our family has great experience! Nice water park, ocean, palms, sun “blue lagoon and mojito “ what else you can ask for in the middle of Canadian winter!
Although it can used some repairs here and there this is a solid Family resort. 8/10 was just here last week. An im not saying if you come as a couple or friends trip you wouldn’t have fun but you going to see alot of kids running, jumping ect ect. They have a water park with a snack bar and drinks. Huge interconnected pool and multiple snacking and restaurants areas.
