Having been to Monaco recently... they are by far the most common car.
That Jolly-looking one is great! How nice a seaside ride in one of those must be.
It's so cute how tiny and ferocious they are. Love them.
And funny how the vintage Abarth is speeding the hell of it in the tunnel without exceeding the speed limit.
That was a member of the Monaco royal family. I actually got a ride with him and it was crazy!

You sure about that, that Abarth is straight piped. Maybe that's what makes the sound?
Yes, pretty sure. I had damaged turbo seals after switching from a standard downpipe to a catless downpipe. The air pressure directly behind the turbo changes because there is no back pressure anymore. The seals are getting more loose and are letting tiny bits of oil/cooling water (when turbo is cooled with water, which it is at an Abarth) into the downpipe. This accurs in a vacuum situation, so when you let the car rolling out in a gear. The air pressure sucks the seal a bit outwards, which gives oil or/and cooling water the change to get into the downpipe, which gives the smoke.
Search for "BMW 335i catless downpipe smoke" and you will see some great examples. At my car it cost me around 1000 euro, which was already a cheap fix. I had the same engine as the 180hp Abarth 500.
Broken turbo seals can't be heard, so that's only because the car is running on air only (vacuum situation).
Monaco is a Sportcar paradise and Abarth is the cheapest sport car. Cars potters are bored of them.Personally I prefer an Audi A1 S1, more powerful and less frequent. But also more expensive.
