Desperately want to see a FRA backline of #9 Dupont, #10 N'tamack, #11 Bielle-Biarrey, #12 Fickou (for now), #13 Depoortere, #14 Penaud & #15 Ramos play together later this year with Buros hopefully getting some game time too!
Leinster just need to get their best athletes out there and let everything else take care of the rest. I’d start Baird Doris and Conan in back row and have VDF as impact sub. Ross Byrne stunk up the Aviva last week but JGP bailed him out. Harry played his best professional game against the Bulls and of course was dropped, as was Frawley a few months ago who played excellent vs Munster. Think Cullens job should be on the line here, starting to look a bit like Gareth Southgate and the wasted potential of the English football team
I can't believe they keep starting Ross Byrne, he does not cut it at this level. Also think Frawley has more potential than Harry but they never give him a run.

Champions cup was, and should remain, a European competition. There was never any need or demand for SA teams. That the Bulls now aren’t even sending a 1st XV for a 1/4 final, is a bit of a farce
@wlk2408 I'm enjoying the involvement of South African teams in the URC and the Champions cup. They really add a new dimension. Direct travel and a forthnight turnaround would be ideal between the last 16 and the 1/4's. E.g. the SA teams play one another in the middle week.

With the rules as is, even IF the Bulls won all their games hence forth, they will still be playing the play off games of the Investec Cup AWAY from home, making it very difficult to win. The Bulls travel schedule in the last 4 weeks has been ireland, SA, northhampton then SA. This is killing. Hopfully from next year the SA teams start getting their stakeholder pay out of the URC they can afford to travel better. We in SA are used to tournaments being played in blocks and not mixed in between each other, this prevents teams prioritizing one comp over another. Disappointed

I'm going to the game and understand. We have big games in URC at home so not feasible to travel to Northampton and back and also expect results against Munster. Would rather bank those URC games. We are the underdogs on Saturday but don't underestimate the squad just yet.

And yes he pinged constantly in the first ten minutes, and yes it threw him off his game. That’s why Farrell pulled him off very early. Porter didn’t know what the hell to,do with himself when he knew he was under the spotlight. He’s also well know for taking one for the team, to get the opposition a card of either colour.
