    Just got this gun with the T110 1.3m tip and I’ve been able to get glass finishes and actually replicate orange peels of older GM cars... just mess with the fluid and pressure!!! Great gun

    looks good, really liking the t110 aircap with the 1.3mm nozzle for full resprays it lays it really flat. Best thing about devilbiss gti guns the te20 can do near anything or you can pick and choose the cap for the finish required if you like, gives you 4 guns in one. Glad to see you happy in the new job back doing what you love gunny, keep the vids coming. Cheers

    In Canada this setup is ideal the flatter the better I have been using 1.3 it works fine and finding it hard to get a 1.2

    like how your pressure gauge points backwards so you can see it painting ! Have you heard guys taking them off and using pressure valve from compressor ? Supposed to get a more consistent volume of air at the horns

    I believe the DNA spray gun came from Taiwan.
    An air tool maker called "Hope Air Tool".
    They have special S texture on the grip handle of the spray gun.

    please I have a generic beginner question: if I adjust the air pressure at the gun ( 2 bar for example) and then I adjust and fine tuning the fan and fluid this will upset my initial 2 bar value air pressure. should re-adjust the air pressure again at 2 bar, to have the desired fan + fluid @ x pressure value ? many many thanks

    does anyone know where to buy the T110 air cap in the USA? it seems like its not standard in USA. i have a small 30gal 2 hp compressor its about 5cfm @90 psi. and i heard its a good cap for a small compressor. im a newbie

    • @ajd5363
      @ajd5363 3 роки тому +1

      You can’t get it in the US. Check out Spray Guns Direct. They are in England but the service is better than some US companies.

      @calinick86 3 роки тому

      @@ajd5363 so to understand the t110 makes it a LVLP gun correct? Meaning my small compressor will work better?

    • @ajd5363
      @ajd5363 3 роки тому +1

      @@calinick86 No, not really. Air consumption with that cap is 9.4 cfm. Air inlet pressure is still 29 psi. It’s lower compared to TE20 at 12.4 cfm. It’s worth a try for the price of the air cap. Check Sharp Razor LVLP or one of the Iwata’s that run at low volume if that doesn’t work.

      @calinick86 3 роки тому

      @@ajd5363 thanks.... on another video thegunman mentioned a great gun is the FLG5 for smaller compressors (hvlp). Should i get one of those or keep the tekna pro lite i just bought? I only plan to spray small areas at a time.

    • @ajd5363
      @ajd5363 3 роки тому +1

      @@calinick86 Totally just keep the Pro Lite. If you’re only doing small areas, you should be fine. May want to check out that T110 cap too.
