Imo the Luke scene is my favorite scene in all of mando season 2 and what makes me even happier about the scene is that whether or not you liked tlj Luke everyone can agree Luke in the mandalorian was awesome!!!
The return of Luke made me realize how much that I really missed Luke in his prime. I really loved what they did with him in The Last Jedi, but seeing Luke's entrance at the season finale reminded me what made kid me love his character so much.
I'm with you there. If there was ever a time where I wanted to see Luke Skywalker, Badass Jedi, it'd be here when he's still young and able. Old men should not need to fight like young men to be awesome.
100% agree about Boba Fett, I never really cared about him until The Mandalorian, I always thought he was just the least interesting to wear the cool looking armor. But when he landed after getting his armor back, and that low angle shot and the pure brutality of his fight, in that moment I understood Boba Fett.
My favorite scene was Din removing his helmet for Grogu to watch his face while saying goodbye. In my opinion this act humanized their relationship and was the perfect culmination for this part of their journey as a clan of two.
While "the force" is an anti-Christian concept, Stars Wars doesn't try to use it to trample Christianity like a lot of sci-fi, nat. geo, nova, nasa and others do. Many of the force concepts are plagerized from the Bible but that's nothing new. The Bible is the most plagerized Source in the universe. All that said, I thoughly enjoyed mandalorian, boba fett, and Obi-wan, and look forwards to what's next.
1. Luke Skywalker hallway scene and Mando says goodbye to Grogu 2. Moff Gideon vs Mando 3. Ahsoka and Mando save Corvus 4. Mando vs dark trooper 5. Ahsokas introduction 6. Boba Fett vs stormtroopers 7. Cobb Vanths backstory 8.Snoke! 9. Krayt Dragon battle 10. Bo Karan saves Mando There were so many great moments in this
Luke Skywalker's entrance in the final episode was the best thing they saved for last. Boba Fett was totally brutal in this season that he kicked some serious ass.
The Mandalorian turned me from the biggest Boba Fett hater into a fan of the character and now I'm really excited about his book, and am glad Robert Rodríguez is gonna remain attached to Boba.
I actually understood why this dude is such a fan favorite. I still think he should have stayed dead, but ah well- it's leading to more stories. Gimme more Star Wars, Dangit!
Bill Burr is a comedian in real life. Mayfeld as a character isn't too far off how Burr is in real life- minus the trauma of fighting for a dying empire.
My personal top ten: 10: Mando working with the Sand People respectfully 9: The Hostage Scene with Cara Dune 8: Bo-Katan Returns/Mando learning about his Heritage. 7: Mando meets Cobb Vanth 6: The Imperial Cloning Lab 5: The Krayt Dragon fight. 4: Boba Fett's Return 3: Mayfeld talks with his former CO. 2: Luke Skywalker's Return/Mando saying goodbye to Grogu 1: Mando vs Moff Gideon (Plus the threat by Mando in Chapter 7) (Honorable mentions include the chase on Navarro, the frantic sequence with the Spiders, Ahsoka's talks with Mando, the fight with the Dark Trooper, and Boba Fett taking Jabba's Throne) Happy Holidays!
@@ATATChat ua-cam.com/video/0VtjVHhD5es/v-deo.html someone has done an edit with the spark overwriting lukes original arrival music, I don't think I would have it like it is in the whole video but the first 20 secs or so work really well, it could then transition into the original score afterwards
I, for one, am down for that. Ahsoka Tano and Boba Fett both have series of their own coming, which were announced after their appearances. Heck, The Book Of Boba Fett wasn't even part of Kathleen Kennedy's Lucasfilm presentation at the Disney Shareholders meeting. If a New Jedi Order series is coming, now would be the time to announce it.
Luke's entrance was literal perfection, but are we gonna forget Grogu leaving Din after it? This was definitely my emotional highlight and has to be one of the show's best scenes yet...
I actually found Mando vs Gideon a little underwhelming. The overall choreography was good and the emotional stakes were definitely there. But I find it kinda sad that such an epic duel happened in the most boring place possible: a dull, grey hallway. I know it's kinda nitpicky, but I wish it happened at a more interesting place, either on a different planet or, since the story demands it taking place on the cruiser, the reactor or literally anything that isn't a boring hallway... Otherwise, this season had some really wonderful moments. My favorite probably is Ahsoka's return.
However it makes the most sense, their interaction taking place nearby something extremely important to them that is help captive in a cell, I'd take a dull hallway over a flashy throne room from TLJ.
Loved the list, completely agree. Seeing Luke brought me back to watching ROTJ a million times as a kid. It’s my most watched SW movie as well... Curious what your favourite one is now?
When I rewatch TLJ now the line when Luke refers to his own legend will always hit harder, knowing at one point he was infact a legend makes it all the more emotional and IMO strengthens TLJ.
Chapter 9 was so well done. I love how isolated it felt as a story, it felt like it had a complete and satisfying arc from start to finish. Yeah it doesn’t have too many earth-shattering revelations (apart the Boba tease) or Jedi cameos, but it’s the exact sort of standalone adventure that I love from this show.
I agree so much about that Luke series if it happens and it as successful as the clone wars i can definitely see the sequels getting the same( if not more) love as the prequels
Here from EFAP ❤️😁 I liked this vid, it’s not as bad as EFAP claimed it to be. Although your reasoning behind each moment could’ve been better other than it’s “cool” (tho I agree it’s cool)

supa re you saying the whole race of gamoreans are guards!? u suck
Luke Skywalker moments tops it all

That is so right my man
Great vid, I forgot how many awesome moments there were in this season
I feel like I could have done a top 100. I had so many on the list.
@@ATATChat if I had done this list I would have just put each episode as a top moment
@@brandonhancock8620 Lmao, honestly, season two was amazing start to finish
You're way too easy to please.
Thank you for coming up with Gamorrean Guard: A Star Wars Story.
It opens up the opportunity to make the sequels make a bit more sense.
This pleases Creamy Sheev
they have doors and just guarding doors going nowhere on their gammorean guard planet
If they make it, it would be hilarious
This is peak "don't think just consoom"
I'll consooom you bro
@@ATATChat Aren't you too busy guzzling Disney's jism to get around to that?
Did you know Jizz is a form of music in star wars?
Sir I love your video but you do realize that everybody’s gonna talk about Luke Skywalker only right? Lol 😆 (just kidding man)
Makes sense, ITS EPIC!
@@ATATChat oh absolutely! Lol 😆

And who's fault is it that we missed out of seeing luke at his prime?...
This Scene makes me so sad, just because we will never get the "real one".
If you love his treatment in TLJ(Or if you love TLJ in general), you are not a legit Luke or Star Wars fan.
100% agree about Boba Fett, I never really cared about him until The Mandalorian, I always thought he was just the least interesting to wear the cool looking armor.

All the good stuff! All of it! :D
This is a great parody video! Keep up the good work
I appreciate the click! Long live the algorithm.
I think people forget how big the galaxy is. There is some creepy shit on earth just imagine how crazy shit gets with a galaxy far far away
I hope some of the new shows go weird
Probably because they keep giving us relatively similar stuff.
I want to see crazy stuff darn it.
This season made me Love boba Fett, i thought he was soooo mediocre before, so in short good job john and Dave you made me love boba Fett ☺️
Great video as usual, keep up the great work
My number 1 is Din removing the helmet for Grogu in the finale.... 💜

They should make an animated show about the adve8of Luke, Han and Leia after ROTJ. Mark Hamill can dub Luke and Han.

When Bib Fortuna said Maclunkey in the end
I felt that
Haha, it was on the list! Didnt make the cut unfortunately.
another great vid- the more i think about it, the more i like the spider's episode kinda want to rewatch it
The Mandalorian turned me from the biggest Boba Fett hater into a fan of the character and now I'm really excited about his book, and am glad Robert Rodríguez is gonna remain attached to Boba.
He was really well handled and I am really surprised. I was so against it last year but im eating my words. Cant wait for his series.
I actually understood why this dude is such a fan favorite. I still think he should have stayed dead, but ah well- it's leading to more stories. Gimme more Star Wars, Dangit!
Im no super fan of boba either but when he showed up in his glory it was dope
You never played KOTOR? Get to it ASAP! You'd discover the whole new dimension of Star Wars.
im trying to hard with having kids haha. So much time gone!
I am greek and i don't have the foggiest idea who bill burr is
However, i adore Mayfeld and that shows the quality of both the writing and the acting
Bill Burr is a comedian in real life. Mayfeld as a character isn't too far off how Burr is in real life- minus the trauma of fighting for a dying empire.
You should really try out kotor it’s my not favorite game but it’s a fun story
I have it on steam, slowly making my way through it. Im so used to my ps4 remote, so using my keyboard is interesting haha.

Love the ranking. Yeah the threat was so good actually.
Tell me if I'm wrong, but I think it would be alot cooler if the spark theme from TLJ had some presence in lukes arrival.
Its an amazing cue. With that said, it all depends on the edit timing etc. Might be too out there for the soundscape of the mando.

A series with Luke and little Ben would be fantastic. I think we're going to actually get it sooner or later.

It may have been cool, but I think the term "Literal perfection" would apply only to batman's suit...once it fits a woman.

I think Din & Gideon's hallwall fight scene is a little disappointing because Luke's hallway scene follows it.
