      @@Skyold8150 What makes you say that? When I first saw the vid I was thinking how interesting it is to see 2 natty men and how different diets and training styles develop muscle. The guy doing calisthenics obviously has less because he probably doesn't eat a lot and muscle isn't his goal, it just happens to grow somewhat from adequate diet and training. The bodybuilder doesn't look much bigger than him and he trains to grow as much muscle as possible and eats probably a lot more on average. They are both lean, aesthetics is a goal of theirs after all. Bodybuilder is probably on a cutting phase.
      Neither of them have particularly that much muscle and both have trained for years. As a mostly natural powerbuilder (someone who lifts to gain as much muscle as possible with the priority being strength not aesthetics) I have more muscle than both of them, however I have way more body fat.
      It's possible the bodybuilder guy, maybe even calisthenics guy has done a small cycle or two in the past or maybe is even on a low dose cycle but you can definitely achieve that much and even more muscle naturally and get that lean after a good cut with a good diet.

      @kwanro9172 2 місяці тому +2

      @skyold8150 their traps are not unnaturally large and they both look about natural size for people training for years. Def not steroids. Calisthenics guys normally do have super shredded builds because bodyweight = more difficult exercises. Anyone that does calisthenics for 6+ years ends up looking like the calisthenics guy, they're a dime a dozen so long as you put in the time and effort.

      Weight changes bring about wrinkles second to the sun. And if you're fit your weight doesn't vary enough to create sags as much so even the skin is better if you are fit. Average working guys don't count calories or nothing so they go skinnyfat to fat to thin all the time back and forth, that will loosen the skin up fast.

They train every day of the week for +2h, do crazy hard stuff, surprisingly train their flexibility too and other areas you wouldn't think could grow muscle / make tendons stronger (endurance training, EMOM, etc.) and cardio. Idk what’s with Seth or the things that he does, but there’s something in his show that’s unique among the rest - it’s like the celebrities are more relaxed and having actual conversations with him rather than just a Q&A one. He’s like this friend that you haven’t seen in a while but doesn’t act or try so hard to look like he knows you so well.
