@@Skyold8150 What makes you say that? When I first saw the vid I was thinking how interesting it is to see 2 natty men and how different diets and training styles develop muscle. The guy doing calisthenics obviously has less because he probably doesn't eat a lot and muscle isn't his goal, it just happens to grow somewhat from adequate diet and training. The bodybuilder doesn't look much bigger than him and he trains to grow as much muscle as possible and eats probably a lot more on average. They are both lean, aesthetics is a goal of theirs after all. Bodybuilder is probably on a cutting phase. Neither of them have particularly that much muscle and both have trained for years. As a mostly natural powerbuilder (someone who lifts to gain as much muscle as possible with the priority being strength not aesthetics) I have more muscle than both of them, however I have way more body fat. It's possible the bodybuilder guy, maybe even calisthenics guy has done a small cycle or two in the past or maybe is even on a low dose cycle but you can definitely achieve that much and even more muscle naturally and get that lean after a good cut with a good diet.

Weight changes bring about wrinkles second to the sun. And if you're fit your weight doesn't vary enough to create sags as much so even the skin is better if you are fit. Average working guys don't count calories or nothing so they go skinnyfat to fat to thin all the time back and forth, that will loosen the skin up fast.
Also the back all those different muscles especially in the upper back look at both of them doing the handstand pushups, you can see just a lot more muscle and definition in his trap areas n a bit lower.

They are not ripped as hell, I've seen many calisthenics ppl look like that at the park I train. They train every day of the week for +2h, do crazy hard stuff, surprisingly train their flexibility too and other areas you wouldn't think could grow muscle / make tendons stronger (endurance training, EMOM, etc.) and cardio. The gym exercises and equipment doesn't develop the muscle to perform to the efficacy that calisthenic exercises provide. This is why you see these big gym dudes not being able to perform the same exercises as the slimmer (more cut) guys that develop and strengthen their muscles that appear smaller in size but more powerful in functionality. The gym guys muscles are more for show.
