    What he's talking about when referring to jamming enemy radar with "Chaff. " The modern term used currently is Aluminium strips cut to a certain size is a British invention ( should add here that the Germans were well aware. Of Chaff to jam enemy radar as well but we're afraid of using it in case the British didn't have any knowledge of it )..... first used by the RAF bomber Command . Called "window" by the British in 1943 in raids over Hamburg Germany . (US bombers also participated in bombing Hamburg ).. I believe the second British raid caused a fire storm which resulted in a high death toll and massive distraction apon the city it caused such distruction that. Several high ranking nazi visited after the raids Albert Speer Joseph gobbles prob several others. And remaked. That if the alliled airforce could achieve this distruction on other German city's then the war would come to an end sooner rather then later ...who knows the RAF and the US eighth airforce paid a high price too

      chaff doesnt jam radar it scatters the radar waves and keeps them from returning and delivering a reading
