Like rayqauaza, u need meterorite zacian, and zama needs a sword to form change.

no cuz for rayquaza you need a move to mega evolve it(dragon asscent) which you can get only by using meteorite on rayqaza(similar to orginal games Pokemon ORAS) but for zacian and zama you need item to form change just like hoopa. But also in games you can change giratina, palkia and dialga forms while in pokemon go you can't so they might relese it as separate pokemon.

I got a Hundo Zacian maxed out already hoping I can use it, but can't say I am counting on it knowing Niantic.
I still do raids for both since want a better Shiny Zacian and trying for Hundo Zamazenta.
And do wonder when we will get Spectrier/Glastrier. Not sure what I will do for Go fest if I am still working 6 days a week
