This reminds me so much of my first EDH deck. So much nostalgia!
I always liked MTG precon deck names, like Hands of Flame and Teeth of the Predator, so I continue to come up with ideas for deck names for my own homebrew decks. Well, Lily, I'm thinking...
'Denizens of the Deep' ... 'Embrace of Gaea' ... or... 'Depths Most Ancient' ...
...but if I built sleepy kraken, I would be sticking to a two word phrase where the first vowel of the first word cannot be an "I."
This has me thinking of Kiora's deck from the old Duels of the Planeswalkers games, with ideas of ramp, Simic good-stuff, big undersea buddies, and Eldrazi. Well...
'Reclamation's Tide' ... 'Sailor's Tragedy' ... 'Rude Awakening' ... or ... 'Eager Tentacles' ...

Late to the party, but what about "Aqueous Onslaught"
Thanx for the tech! I've been building an Arixmethes Sea Monster tribal for a while now, and you've given me some new ideas to toy with. Btw, Theros Beyond Death has contributed a lot of new cards that help up the power level of this tribe. Serpent of the Yawning Depths and Nadir Kraken are among my new favorites.
These are some potential adds you may want to consider. Each of them is a good way to give your beaters extra hitting power and trample and they are inexpensive (money-wise).

Now that i start to learn about the deck in general for name could be "Release the Kreaken" or "kaiju-to" (monster land a fictional island were godzilla and others kaijus lives)

Cool deck. I’m surprised you don’t have any mana rocks (Sol Ring, Coalition Relic, Darksteel Ingot), but you do have the signet. Kederek Leviathan for mass bounce, Kodama’s Reach for ramp, Birds of Paradise is a 1 drop that taps for any color. Evacuation is another mass bounce trust me that card will save you. I’d also recommend Reliquary Tower so you don’t have to discard. Some type of graveyard recursion would be good (Eternal Witness). I think Prophet of Kruphix is banned but that card would be so busted in a deck like this. Seed born Muse is still legal and does the same thing. Alchemist Refuge is a land that lets you flash in creatures. Anyway good luck with the deck.
Birds and Evac are just out of the budget. I kept the signet, as 2 mana ramp is important for this deck to hit the commander on turn 3
Reliquary Tower I added after the fact 'cause I realized it really should have one while I was editing haha.
Prophet is banned, and seedborn is just out of the price range, along with refuge not being super cheap.

for some reason i want to throw in vorinclex and jin-gitaxias, why tribal? my favorite tribe is vampires because i like the synergy
The name I think you should name the deck is "Reverse waterfall". It's a water ramp, literally.
Okay I actually love that name haha - I'm all about wordplay.
I'm brewing a merfolk/ocean deck right now....thinking of naming it "Ocean's Awakening"

I wouldn't hold your breath for Brawl on Arena, sadly. I dont know why they didn't design the game with the tech to have a command zone. (Okay, I do know, but if the answer is always "corporate greed", it loses its impact.) They also dont have plans for 4 player, despite last year having the most 2HG support ever. So sad.
They have explicitly said that Brawl is in the works - the command zone should have no issue with how the constructed Arena. Multiplayer is a fair bit further down the line, but nothing in the engine prohibits that as an option.
Unrelated, but are you going to do a Stellaris video when the next update comes out? Would be pretty chill
Perhaps - I'd have to figure out a good way to do it. It's hard to condense paradox games into 30-60 minute videos (the EU4 timelapse feature is nice for that, but only EU4 has that right now), so I'd have to figure out how I want to do it.
If 26:56 was used with 14:56 you draw two cards and you get three mana each turn.
I'm not very good with names, so I'd just call this deck "Kraaaaaakennnn".
The deck name should be “release the Kraken” as arixthemis is a kraken
use 'search for tomorrow' instead of 'beneath the sands'

Eh I think it's a fair replacement. There's a lot of flexibility for personal preference when you get to the b-list green ramp spells
