I feel this sometimes I just wanna give up the pain in my heart is unbearable
Hi don't give up. After caring for my dear husband for years ,he passed away 2 years ago. I've suffered the agony and pain of bereavement and still do and it was hard each day. God and friends , new and old, helped me through.
The sun does come out again and meeting with those who are suffering in similar ways does help you to keep going.
May you have peace this Christmas and guidance for your future.
