I always wake up that time you mentioned
I always wake up at between three and five am
I also wake up in these morning hours. Not always but more than not. These are quiet hours and I find myself thinking about how things have changed so much since I was younger. I toss and turn thinking about all the injustice that has happened to our family. The older generation as well as the grandchildren. I believe God is telling me to let go and give it to him completely, instead of trying to figure out what more we must do to turn these events around. We have done everything humanly possible to fight for Justice, ourselves. Also I realize that Jesus is coming very soon, which gives me comfort.
I often wake between 2 and 4 am. I say The Lord is my Shepherd I will fear no evil and I will say the Lord’s Prayer and I quickly fall back to sleep..

In Islam, our first prayer begins around 4 o'clock and it's said before this time the hour is so precious and God himself comes closer to us to hear our prayers and willing to listen to us and grant our humble requests.. Allah / God (SWT) knows the best

That’s true I am up at a few different times of the night it feels like taking a nap all night
I've tried to use that time for meditation but usually after stumbling over my shoes in the bathroom.. I just want to lay back down.. if I start meditating I fall asleep

I am from the State of Qatar April 2016, I was sleeping and suddenly I woke up to see an image of Jesus Christ with super clarity on the ceiling of my room, surprised and amazed by this incident . His features resemble the people of the northern Middle East or southern Europe , the face looks little long with light beard and hair head over the top shoulders' , absolutely adorable with sharp, stunning eyes at first I thought he looked very little like my friend but inspiration quickly prints to my mind, He is Jesus, and I have no idea how long it took, and when I went back to sleep not knowing how the image disappeared, happened once, I have mentioned it on many sites since then. Using Google to translate Arabic to English,

Yes I wake up often at the final countdown 3:21 AM but I have to be up by 4:30 AM anyway. I thought it is because of daylight savings time change. I have had the mad max song "one of the living" playing in my head so clearly without headphones... very odd but yet very cool!
When every time this happens to me I just start to pray and ask god why you are waking me up
