I'm on my 2nd XP 550 Husqvarna, the one 10 years ago never pump all that much oil, and when it went to crap in late 2018, then I bought another XP550 in few months later and this one never seems to pump much oil either, I like a saw that uses tank for tank.
So about 6 months ago I decided to find out why, I took it all apart, a bit different then your Stihl except for that small shaft you took out near end of video. I studied that pump for an hour trying to figure out how that small shaft pumps oil by just spinning, it's like you said theres a ramp on that small shaft that rides against the adjustment screw, but on my XP the ramp was so slight it was very hard to see...
But not now, I VERY carefully put more of a ramp on that shaft with bench grinder, I first tried file but as I thought it's harden steel. So I put saw back together and now with oil adjustment screw on low I get all kinds oil on bar and now is tank for tank...........
This XP550 is a $600.00 pro saw and there is absolutely no excuse for Husqvarna to make such junk, this one and the one before are the hardest starting saws on earth. I thought they improved after 2013 but guess not...........

The pump I replaced on the video worked fine for a couple minutes then failed. It appeared to seize like the first one. I've replaced it again, but this time I cleaned out the tank and line. I'm thinking a piece of something got into the line and jammed the small clearances in the pump.

by removing 2 or 3 more screws you could have removed the oil pump cover and had a lot more room to work plus a better camera view
