    Looking back the 90s was pretty damn tense. Digital revolution, Congo Wars, Rwandan Genocide, Yugoslavian Wars, Fall of USSR, all the ex-Soviet state’s wars, Gulf War, Mexican Revolution.
    I would say this was the end to the post-ww2 era, the 80’s being the falling actions and the 90’s being the resolution.

    Russia in 90's is total mayhem.. economic crisis, war in Chechnya, High criminal activity through the country especially in a big city, one of my friend father lost his job at steel factory, so my father friend had to moved back to his hometown in kamchatka from Yekaterinburg at that time
