I don't understand why you need to replace the pump? In your other video you show only replacing the hydraulic jack. My jack is leaking and my pump is less than 1 year old. Should I order a new pump, gasket and screen and have them here before I replace the hydraulic jack?
If you keep having an issue with the jack leaking you should replace it with the motorized unit which is a modern replacement. All electrical which is wired into your control box so no more leaks. With the introduction of biofuel, there has been an industry-wide issue with fuel units and other oil parts having leaking seals because of the different blend of the bio. But most manufacturers have addressed this by now and should no longer be an issue.
I replaced that hydraulic ram on my riello burner with a new one and it's still leaking from the bottom.
Any recommendations?

Where are the other possible places an old Reillo could be leaking. Not a lot but the housing has a mess inside it. What else should I look at? Thanks
