I didn’t have elastic, so I used some ribbon instead and it worked perfectly! I’m now going to decorate my mask with lace and beads since it’s actually for a funeral, and I want it to look pretty and match my dress. I think it’s crazy to have a funeral or even go to one now, but I live in Sweden and we don’t have any strict rules here. I wouldn’t go if it wasn’t my husband’s grandfather’s funeral. hey im 12 years old, i wanted to ask if i should go with the size small or medium, i really do not want it to be too tight or too loose, could u tell me what size might suit me?
hello i made one of these and i did the medium size one are these for kids , because the medium size is not big enough for an adult i changed the sizing in order for it to fit an adult the circle was 13 inches in diameter and i put 2inch x 2 inch on the bottom instead of 1 inch x 1 inch and i made the top 3 inches instead of 2 inches it is a lot better fit for an adult and it fits perfectly but i guess we can always adjust the pattern to fit thank you very much for the tutorial

You do not need a sewing machine to be able to make this. A needle and thread will work just fine.
