I love Nana and totally relate to her. I’ve used and studied TCM for the past 30 years. I wish Nana had responded to Habiba”Yes Ginko Biloba has lowered ‘MY’ blood pressure, it given ‘ENERGY’ and it’s good for ‘MY’ brain”. That’s been my experience also and Ime now 73 and enjoy a Zumba, Pilates and yoga class weekly. Great that you are spending time at Nana’s and supporting her I. ‘Doing the most’. 🎄💜🙏🏿🎄

Your Mom is a great cook, and good taste in bread, back in the day, my momma made homemade Portuguese Sweet bread aka Hawaiian bread, she's not with us anymore but every Christmas I make two things in her memory: Portuguese Sweet bread and Cream cheese Jello dessert, miss you mom 😍

I love all of them on you. I love how Kenton is involved and how you too are so playful. It is great. I actually like the " brown bread dress" the best. I didn't like the red sequin one at first but it grew on me. It is great too. I like the flower Macy's dupe and the black and gold the best. (GO get that black clutch girl! But don't tell Kenton that I said so LOL 😂😂😂.
