This is by far the best most comfortable tiny house ever!
This house is lovely. Watched videos of many tiny houses by living big in a tiny house but this is superb. I really like the idea of bedroom where you can have enough space to walk and can prepare for work or do anything freely. Though I think the sofas in lounge are occupying greater space so I think sofas that can convert into bed would be more convenient. Because they can be utilized during visit of guests. Otherwise really nice.

Love the caravans and caravan parks in the UK! They're so... classy compared to ours in the States, hehe. I've seen lovely caravan parks in the Yorkshire Dales, Berwick upon Tweed, Arnside, Robin Hood's Bay - all so tidy and well maintained.
I wouldn’t want to live in one. I have. Tiny house community yes but trailer park hell no.

Amazing. This is the best tiny home I have ever seen. 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Such a spacious living and dining area.... And no need to crouch urself in a loft. This is actually ' Living big in a Tiny house'. I am thrilled. Excellent. I wish I could buy one.

Cari D, If you think something like this is not available in the "States", you haven't looked. Many makes and models are available. Look or ask for "Destination" type campers.
These caravans are OK if u have your own land but to buy they are fairly cheap but... The ground rent and service charge can be quite expensive yearly £5000 upwards
@@anniejones5204 Yes, in the states, the rent and charges can make keep people perpetually in a place they may not want to stay. Owning the land is the key.

I truly love your caravans in the UK. They have such style in the design. Much more appealing than the ones you find in the US. Unfortunately I live in the US and cannot obtain one. = (

Reading the comments I think some non-UK viewers think this is an actual 'home. In the UK, this would be a holiday home. Its situated on a holiday accommodation site so laundry facilities would be on site. Also, there's usually a bar or two, entertainment at weekends, restaurant, shop and sports facilities such as tennis courts and maybe even a sauna and pool. Most often these sites are on the coast.
The homes are either owned and ground rent paid to the site or some homes are owned and rented out by the site or through a holiday company. Sometimes homes are rented on a long lease. You are dependent on the site for utilities and would also be billed for these.
If you own one of these holiday homes, you can either keep it for sole use of family & friends or, for vacant periods you can lease it out privately as holiday accommodation.
One very important point is that you won't be permitted to reside here full time and the site will usually have some closed season to prevent this. There is in fact, a great shortage of affordable homes to buy or rent in the UK so many people would live on these sites if they could. Though, as many have pointed out, there is a shortage of storage and no washer drier or dishwasher.

that is wider than any motorhome, trailer or tiny house we have in the states. is it even legal to tow around or is it like a mobile home that is not designed to be frequently moved around?
Oh woww, 2 bathrooms, that's the first time I have ever seen in a small house like this. The master is huge compared to all the other tiny houses that I've seen so far. Is the sale only limited to within the UK?

People have a budget, so why not disclose the price in the first 30 seconds. What's the point in watching the whole video, then enquiring and then discivering you can't afford it.
For me, personally, any company that intentionally does this, thinking it will induce me to to request the price, so that they can then work on me, is absolutely mistaken. In fact, it would simply persuade me never to consider buying from the company in question.

I am not sure if you have a facebook page called Mobile Homes but they were doing a giveaway and the video they posted has 1.5 k views and its this exact video with no audio and i got messaged that I won the Aspen 2 bedroom mobile home is what they told me in the email and I since then have reported to facebook that its a scam and the page is still up. Do you have any control on taking this page down?
