New to the channel. I can honestly say the pulling world, especially tractor pulling needs more fellas like you. Guys like you can bring more exposure to the sport. Thank you!
The best thing would be planetary hubs on the pull truck so you take some of the torque off the axles and do your final gear reduction out at the hubs just like a tractor does
I don’t think that cutting oil is gonna do what you want. You need the water soluble aqua tap stuff. Pretty sure crc’s aerosol cutting oil is actual petroleum based and won’t mix
I knew this video was coming. Your rearend broke at the last pull. You just finished it off at this pull. Go back and watch the left front drive right before you push in the clutch at the end of the run at the previous pull.
I’m surprised to see a regular front diff with just a power divider on a pull truck setup. I always figured y’all would use quad lock axles from off road vocational trucks.
Yeah doing some updates to tractor would help a bunch and def put dataloggers in that big truck and tractor that way you can track some temps and pressures . You will be a slave to those machines as along as you enjoy doing it and there is a computer cat that run in pro pulling from WI . Have the beer money bunch get you in touch with him if you have not talked
Trial and error Bruce yull get those things dialed in 👍🏻 and I was going to ask also Bruce if you could start putting your time and distance in the video when you pull that would be awesome I've just been curious of what your numbers have been thank you
Bruce, why not purchase a used set of locking differential rears for your pulling semi truck??? Welding the spider gears is Not the answer in a high horsepower semi pulling truck.
You need to get both rears locked posi, weather it be welded spiders or proper lockers, will pull better, but once ya get it locked up and hookin up, your gonna need more power.
Make sure you are checking your burn in marks on your back tires that’ll help tell you if your tire pressures are correct both should be the same depth👍👍
The thrusters you use are powerful, Bruce. How to suggest you use the axle from a military truck. Greetings from the land of Central Papua, Nabire. Indonesia.
Just wondering if that was the rotten apple pulling truck in background when you were loading the pulling garden tractors? If so, they are originally from my neck of the woods up here near vernon center ny. Great people👍
How ironic, I was just watching a DVRed NTPA Super Semi pulling event from Bowling Green, OH… don’t get frustrated, you’ll get that ol’ Pete dialed in!
@@ronniewilliz153 I honestly don’t know. I don’t know what class that tractor runs in so I can’t be for sure. I know my buddy that runs 10k hot farm just runs a regular triple disk pulling clutch. Pretty sure light limited super stock runs slipper clutches. But again I don’t what class it was built for
You need to build all truck and tractor that you've built. right now your running other people's builds make something g that you can say you built from the ground up. Like blue collar. You stretched it you built it. Right now your driving another man dream.
No troll I promise!!!! Since people keep throwing up the daddy’s money thing you should name your team “Daddy’s money Motorsports” hahaha. F the haters.
Thats not the proper kind of cutting oil. You are supposed to use soluable oil. Its an oil that will mix with water to make coolant for use in machines. That oil wont mix with water.
Many farmers also use crop oil. Its a soluble oil that is mixed with sprays to make the spray spread out on the plant better. Go to a machine shop and ask for soluble oil. They will know what you want.
Shoot I have a rear in the back I'm gonna scrap you can have but I'm pretty sure you don't wanna come to Cali to get it you probably have parts places over in Florida you can get an axle from
Looks like that cat is making some power now , did you change the trim codes on the injectors ? There’s some codes you can put in that will give a little more
Actually the water keeps the pistons from melting. The oil in the water is supposed to be soluble oil. It will make the water look like milk. Its there to lubricate the pump since the pump is a hydraulic pump and its bearings are normally lubricated by hydraulic oil when actually used in a hydraulic system
Well can’t remember how I stumbled across this channel but I’m glad I did. You sir have earned my subscription…those don’t come easily so keep kicking ass with this content
Not sure I could take the family along with all that pollution to watch a beautiful truck mistreated like that, but i'm from UK where we are not that into this stuff.
The only Cat engine around that sounds like a 2 cylinder John Deere!
injectors or valves
Yep, she's definitely way out of tune. Majorly over-fueled.
@@turbodiesel4709 Clearly the only solution is to send it! Lol
Did you wire nitrous to the horn of the semi?
I assumed that was a lope tune?
Watching Bruce turn a wrench=nails on a chalk board
I'm happy for Ryan he only learned a few months before this and already gets a placement
New to the channel. I can honestly say the pulling world, especially tractor pulling needs more fellas like you. Guys like you can bring more exposure to the sport. Thank you!
What does the water/cutting oil do?
Ryan is one off the best camera guys out there. Love his coments. He Just Thin Skinned Bruce.
All ana all he makes the show
Looks like the spyder gear is cracked in that last shot of the clip, that would be what caused the splines to skip and sheer on the axle.
I agree that sucker looks cracked in at least 2 places😅
The best thing would be planetary hubs on the pull truck so you take some of the torque off the axles and do your final gear reduction out at the hubs just like a tractor does
Congrats Ryan on 2nd place. At least someone took a trophy home
Can’t say I didn’t see this coming.
Don’t worry “daddy” will pay for it 😂 love ya Bruce we know you can fix it brother
That’s what happens to pull trucks and tractors it’s an expensive game.
You need a bore scope, you could have checked those splines without tearing everything apart! Priceless tool!!
I don’t think that cutting oil is gonna do what you want. You need the water soluble aqua tap stuff. Pretty sure crc’s aerosol cutting oil is actual petroleum based and won’t mix
When you weld the diff can you include a clip of how you did it? I need to do the same but can’t find any info on it!
I knew this video was coming. Your rearend broke at the last pull. You just finished it off at this pull. Go back and watch the left front drive right before you push in the clutch at the end of the run at the previous pull.
Bruce Wilson is amazing.we love what he is doing
I’m surprised to see a regular front diff with just a power divider on a pull truck setup. I always figured y’all would use quad lock axles from off road vocational trucks.
Mr Bruce just aired on Mother Trucker.
🎊🎉
Good interview Bruce

Hey Bruce just curious why is that one cylinder not hitting at idle?
Trial and error Bruce yull get those things dialed in 👍🏻 and I was going to ask also Bruce if you could start putting your time and distance in the video when you pull that would be awesome I've just been curious of what your numbers have been thank you
I think you better tear that motor apart and take the empty beer cans out of it
We used Napa water soluble cutting and grinding oil. Comes in a one gallon jug 765-1525 is the part number. 2 cap fulls per gallon.
I love carnage thank you for the slow mo of the axle snap😂😂🤘
Bruce as a welder I have burnt the pis outta my fingers advill gel bust it open put on burn helps instantly
That works with teeth as well.
That's why only Pulling Trucks and Tractors are disassembled, checked, repaired and reassembled after EVERY Pullingweekend
Awesome, time to run the blue truck and make it a perfect weekend for you guys!
Bruce, why not purchase a used set of locking differential rears for your pulling semi truck???
Welding the spider gears is Not the answer in a high horsepower semi pulling truck.
Awesome content! Can you put your distance on screen for each pull and/or how you placed?
I will Deff do that when we go to a pull with more competitors!
Your game is slipping on that tratter taxi trailer, you got to light that thing up!!
Yeah that truck isn’t running right 100%.. Good luck 👍🏼
Time 19:18 the collar where the axle splines in left side is split the axle was just jumping splines
Maybe you'll fix that cat sooner or later
You need to get both rears locked posi, weather it be welded spiders or proper lockers, will pull better, but once ya get it locked up and hookin up, your gonna need more power.
Good to hear you thank your friends and fam
At least nobody spray painted them!!
That’s what it’s all about man having a good time witb your friends and family 👊
You gotta change the name of that tractor to Bruce's wild
Make sure you are checking your burn in marks on your back tires that’ll help tell you if your tire pressures are correct both should be the same depth👍👍
Another Awesome video! I got lots of part's for the lil Cub Puller's if you need!LOL😎
Lmfao how does Ryan not know that joke🤘🏼🇺🇸
Right!
Bruce and ryan is like a old married couple 👍👍👍
Sometimes with a tractor you gotta feather the clutch out just can’t hold it wide open and dump it
Sorry, Bruce, your truck broke on you but I know you will fix it better then it was before. Appreciate you, buddy. Bruce, when is the Kissimmee pull?
Dang Bruce you can’t let a jeep show you up like that
We all know you going to get them back up and running
You know it!
It seems like the drive axel asmoved foward tutching the fender on the first drive axal only not the second drive
Way to go Bruce ! Sorry about your bad luck ,
.

Dam man that pull truck sounds healthy love the train horns Bruce I found you buy accident but loving you’re channel you do some crazy stuff
Take the turbski off the Mahindra and put it on the Agco
Bruce we need a race schedule 👂🏻👂🏻👂🏻👂🏻👂🏻👂🏻👂🏻👂🏻👂🏻
Use your old motor oil to shine up those tires and it’s free. Already paid for the oil.

I think they will bust again as soon as you rebuild them within a few times out.
What was the intro tune ? Sounded like ZZ Top Gimme all your lovin’ Riff
14:20 it’s loping like a 1 cylinder 👌🏼
need to slip the clutch on the tractor more
Slipper clutches correct?

That truck ran good up here in Wisconsin
It did with a stock engine. I’ve nearly doubled the power and that’s comes with challenges😭

Heck of a run!! Get your feet under it and you got this!! Can't wait to see the next video!!
Way to go that trucks awesome👍
Bruce makes formaldehyde with your water injection start out at about 20% go from there
keep the clips coming
Why do you want cutting oil in the water? Genuinely curious.
It’s getting injected into the cylinder and just acts as lubrication
Actually the water keeps the pistons from melting. The oil in the water is supposed to be soluble oil. It will make the water look like milk. Do they not make spools for semi truck diffs?
I’m gonna weld them up
I've never really gotten into tractor pulling but that thing is sick!
Well you found the weak link now fix that stronger to find the next it's never ending battle but it's fun while you do it
Another great video Bruce..
That inner spline looks broke on camera.
I know a few guys have used ATF instead of cutting oil for water/methanol systems
You gotta build that boost son, your leaving way to early. Get er cranked up and ready to rip then start going.
Your truck so cool love you man
Why not spray the can of oil directly into the water tank
