Takes 48 hrs for bacteria to be a problem. Fellas dealing with fresh produce, and I’m sure washed his board in between different elements. Coloured boards are a legal nonsense. With regular cleaning as you go, one board works just fine. Fellas a great chef, with skill and cares about his food. No worries about his hygiene he’s a professional. Keep typing big fella 😂
I understand about caramelisation and the Mayard reaction when you sear meat, fish, etc., but when you go into the jet black stage its burnt simple as that BURNT you can cover it with as much herbs as you want, but it is still BURNT 😂😂
