Race has nothing to do with how you perceive thermal comfort 2) And about the point regarding variations in different climates, as a person living the the tropics I have clearly observed that people always prefer roughly 24-27 C and below 65 RH in indoor environments. Just because we live in hot and humid climates does not mean we prefer heat and humidity. Especially not humidity :)
